At Royal Idol, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every idol we deliver. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at royalidol12@gmail.com
- or call [YOUR PHONE NUMBER] with your Order ID.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Custom or made-to-order idols cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Cancellation by Royal Idol
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or listing error on the website
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Inability to deliver to the specified address
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or broken during transit
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item)
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish (inherent to handcrafted items)
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Custom or made-to-order idols
Return Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [royalidol12@gmail.com] with your Order ID and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
3. Refund Policy
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via PayU) within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you paid via UPI, net banking, or card, the refund will be credited to the same account or card.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
