At Royal Idol, we are committed to delivering your sacred idols safely and promptly across India. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we handle dispatch, delivery timelines, and related matters.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer Pan India delivery to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [7] business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For custom or made-to-order idols, processing time may be longer and will be communicated to you at the time of order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹ 1999
- For orders below ₹1999, a flat shipping charge of ₹199 will be applied at checkout.
- Shipping charges for remote or difficult-to-access areas may vary and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Packaging
All idols are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. We use bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy outer cartons to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Fragile items are marked accordingly.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your order on the courier’s website.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.
8. Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your idol arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [royalidol12@gmail.com
- with your Order ID and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during festive seasons
- Natural calamities or extreme weather
- Courier partner delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
We will proactively notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.
